1 cup cherry tomato halves
3/4 cup (3 ounces) feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 (6-inch) pita bread rounds, cut in half
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pita bread in a medium bowl; spoon mixture evenly into pita halves. Serve immediately.
